The Columns have no footprint, so they can easily be placed on fences.

The torchiere is cloned to the Rocks Of Fire Outdoor Retreat Campfire but I've removed the roasting foods options from it. I am also including a little bonus gift: Flowers set free from the Sims 4 Triumphal Arch of Gluteus Maximus scaled to fit the wedding arch. The arch was (obviously) created from the unbroken column.
